Adele currently teaches the Alexander Technique at Sam Houston State University and in private practice in Huntsville, Texas. Before moving to Texas, she maintained successful private teaching practices in Seattle, WA and in New York City on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Adele received her 1600-hour, AmSAT-certified training at Riverside Initiative for the Alexander Technique (RIAT) in NYC, and subsequently served at RIAT as associate assistant director, faculty member and anatomy teacher. While in NYC, she also taught group classes in the Alexander Technique on faculty at Movement Research and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, and gave workshops to physical therapists at Shift Integrative Medicine Clinic, massage students at the Ohashiatsu Institute, and to corporate employees of as part of Body Economics’ business wellness initiative.
